I can’t decide whether to put a banquette in our breakfast room or not. Although I think
it suits the room and would give us more space, not sure I want to commit to a
permanent piece. These pictures are great inspiration to get one!

These are such beautiful examples. I think it has to be really comfortable if it’s going to be seating at a table and then, of course, you have to worry about spilling. It certainly is a pretty look!
#1 & 2 (same) for ME, I call sofa. THINK snuggle (with blanket, ya gots the pillows) in when you’re still sleepy, THEN……….. cocktail hour/hours………..
get the girls for a “round table” talk, hete. When the red wine is spilled (always is)
whip off slip covers (my fav white denim, can bleach, kids, dogs & red wine) OR hit up the champagne. Yes a very good plan for the PERFECT room! Oh yeah, those wire chairs are one of my most fav things (have a set) they blend with anything & add to traditional comfort. However IMO add a sense of retro modern. Those chairs will forever be a staple in my life! NOW I want a banquette room TOO:)
Oh my gosh, i love the first two photos so much!!!! I’d take everything, as is!!! I say go for a sofa, too. wish i knew where to find the floral fabric, to start with.
