We are so lucky to be host to the annual LOOK 3 Festival of The Photograph.  It is 3 days of exhibitions,
presentations, interviews, workshops and outdoor projections here in Charlottesville starting this Thursday
through Saturday.  Check out their website there are so many exceptional photographers including
Mary Ellen Mark, Nan Golden and Vitali Massimo who is featured below.  If you haven’t yet been, this is
a year not to be missed!  I am buying my BIG LOVE PASS tomorrow at the Paramount Theatre and cannot
wait to spend my week taking in the amazing talents and their photos!

For the last 4 or so years we have been lucky enough to have a nest
at the front door of And George and every  spring we have new
babies.  For those few weeks we love to be witness to the babies chirping,
the mom circling and then finally watching their perfect little heads
poke over the nest.  This was the bravest of the 3, he stayed perched
at the top of the nest for several hours before he flew his first flight.
