We just got back from a long weekend in Louisiana with great friends, one of which was George.  We had the pleasure of going to his Slidell studio on the bayou, what a treat!  It is a magical spot full of inspiration.  A famed Louisiana artist that is so experienced and so evolved, George has been working since the 50’s and has worked with and beside many of the names we would all recognize.   As exciting as it is to look at work from new artists, it is powerful to look at someone like George’s work because he has produced so much and has grown and evolved through so many mediums and materials constatly transforming his work.  We left %100 inspired and lusting over a George Dunbar for us, we just cannot narrow down to one, we love them all!!!!
